Furnished to a very high standard, this apartment has everything required for a relaxing sunshine holiday. The kitchen has, an oven/hob/grill, microwave, toaster, washing machine, dishwasher, fridge/freezer and all dining equipment. The Bathroom/toilet has the option of bath and shower-all towels supplied. Small hairdryer also available. Each bedroom has two single beds, bedside lockers and large wardrobe. Dining/living area is air conditioned and has a 32″ Tv with cable service for hundreds of UK and European channels, free broadband connection. Sliding doors open to the terrace and garden.
The terrace area has a table and chairs to sit in the sun during the day or shade in the evening. You have the convenience of “popping in” to the kitchen to make a cup of tea, or getting a cool drink from the fridge for the kids (or yourself).
The private garden provides direct access to the pool complex (one of 16 on the resort) and can be used for the BBQ or for relaxing in the sun, or a safe play area for the kids. Apart from the complex of three pools, ranging from toddlers paddling pool to a 2 meter pool, there is a kids play park very close by.The apartment/pool is situated beside the 16th fairway of the par 72 “challenging” course. An outdoor Gym and tennis courts are also available for those who like to “keep fit”.
For a more relaxing exercise routine, take a walk around the resorts perimeter road – approx 4 Kilometers. The “Town center”in the resort has a supermarket which is very well stocked. This center-beside the golf clubhouse-has a couple of bars and a restaurant in the refurbished Hacienda building. A large beer garden to the side of the Hacienda is an ideal place to dine or have a drink while the kids play in secure surroundings.
A very short drive away is the village of Sucina, with many bars and restaurants and has a pleasant mix of Spanish and expat communities. Use the apartment as a base to play the “Golden Bear” courses in the locality. Take a day off from the golf and visit the true Spain, away from the hectic tourist areas. Visit the large shopping centers or beaches a short drive away. The most common comment we get is -“a great place to chill out”
